Can friends and family send money to my Mydoh account?
For birthdays, holidays, lawn mowing or snow shovelling, friends and family can send money directly to your kids’ Mydoh accounts – even if those friends and family are not on Mydoh!
Please see the steps below for how to request funds from family and friends:
- Login to your Mydoh Kid account and select “$ Request”
- Select “Anyone outside of Mydoh”
- You can share your payment link by copying your link, or selecting “Share Link”.
- If you select ‘Share Link’ you will be prompted to send your link via SMS to the contact of your choosing!
- If your friend or family member is nearby, they can open your payment link by scanning your QR code.
- Voila! Your link has been shared to whom you chose, now your friends/family will be able to click your payment link and follow the prompts to send funds to your Mydoh account!
Important notes: All transfers and final, and non-refundable. Please ensure your friends and family have carefully confirmed all the details of their transfer before confirming and sending you the funds!
