Can I return my ‘Mydoh by Me’ Card?

You can request a refund for your card if your customized design was not approved for printing.

For all other special cases, including if the card arrives damaged or gets lost during shipping, please contact the Mydoh support team to see if you’re eligible for a refund. Otherwise, this is a personalized product that is not eligible for a refund.
