How do I close a second parent account?

To cancel your second parent account, please login to your Mydoh account, locate the settings tab on the top right hand corner, select ‘Help’ and ‘Chat with us’. From there please select ‘Cancelling your Account’.

The cancellation will be processed by one of our agents within 1-2 business days. Once the process is complete, the second parent will get an email confirming the cancellation!
