How do I order a physical card for my child?
As a primary parent, you will have the option to order a physical card for any onboarded child by tapping ‘Manage’ on ‘Home’ under the child’s profile. You can select between two physical card options: The Mydoh Classic Card (free) and the Mydoh by Me Card ($6.99). Learn more about the Mydoh by Me customizable card here.

Once you have completed the sign-up process, please follow these steps to order a physical card for your child:

1. Sign in to your Mydoh parent account (not your child’s account).
2. Scroll to the appropriate child’s name on your ‘Home’ tab.
3. Tap ‘Manage’ and then select ‘Order Now’ under the available physical card options.
   • If ordering the Mydoh Classic Card, review your mailing
     address and edit it if necessary.
   • If ordering the Mydoh by Me Card, follow these steps.
4. Select ‘Confirm & Order’.
5. Tada! Your child’s physical card has been ordered and will be mailed out soon. If you ordered a Mydoh by Me Card, it may be subject to approval.

Once you receive your child’s physical card in the mail, please follow these steps to activate their card!

Note:
– Only a primary parent can order a physical card for their child(ren). However, both a primary and a secondary parent can activate the card once it has been received.  
– Your child’s digital card will be available immediately and they can use it before they receive their physical card.
– The physical card should be delivered within 5-7 business days.
