Great question! At Mydoh, your safety and security are of utmost priority. Mydoh is powered by the Royal Bank of Canada (RBC), which keeps your funds safe. We use your RBC Online Banking credentials or your valid Canadian issued passport or driver’s license to verify your identity, which is required for all users who are hoping to open an account. From there, we ensure that all information is encrypted, and a full audit trail is kept whenever money moves to and from your Mydoh Wallet.
