How to Edit/Delete an Interac e-Transfer Recipient

When loading funds via Interac e-Transfer, you will need to add a recipient (even if it’s you!) in order to request money to load into your Mydoh Parent Wallet. If you have entered incorrect details, or simply wish to delete a recipient, please follow the steps below:

  1. Log into your Mydoh parent account
  2. Click on “Add funds to Wallet” at the top of your home page
  3. Select the option to load funds via Interac e-Transfer
  4. Select the “Recipients” dropdown bar
  5. Scroll down and select “Manage Recipients”
  6. Select the recipient you wish to edit/delete
  7. From here, you can edit the contact information for the recipient and select “Save”.
  8. If you would like to delete the recipient entirely, select “Delete Recipient” at the bottom of the page
