I wanted to add funds to my account but entered the wrong details. How do I cancel an Interac e-Transfer?
Users can make up to one pending money request at a time. If you want to create a new money request but already have one pending, you will first need to cancel the previous request you made. This can be done very easily using the three steps below:
1. Select the ‘Wallet’ tab in the Mydoh app.
2. Under ‘Pending Transactions’ tap the request you would like to cancel.
3. Select ‘Cancel Request’ and tap ‘Yes’ to confirm.
