Is there a PIN for my child’s physical card?
There is no PIN required to make purchases using your Mydoh Smart Cash Card.
As long as there are sufficient funds on the card and the merchant accepts Visa, the point-of sale (POS) terminal will automatically process the transaction when you tap or insert your Mydoh card.
To ensure the safety of your funds, kids can only make purchases of up to $200 at a time. If you notice a suspicious transaction, or have lost the physical card, you can lock the card immediately.
Only money that is available in the Mydoh account can be used. The Smart Cash Card cannot be used at an ATM to withdraw cash.
