What is the difference between the Mydoh Classic Smart Cash Card and ‘Mydoh by Me’ Smart Cash Card?

Both cards are reloadable (digital and physical) Visa Prepaid Cards for kids, issued by Royal Bank of Canada. This means there is no interest rate charged or risk of debt, since kids can only spend the money that is available on their card’s balance which their parents provide. 

Mydoh by Me is your personalized Smart Cash Card from Mydoh. It’s the same Mydoh Smart Cash Card you know and love, but now, kids (with the help of their parent) get to create an exciting personalized card design by either uploading an image from their personal photo gallery or from Mydoh’s photo gallery, onto their cards. 

As a parent, if you choose to purchase a customized Card for your kid, you will pay a one-time customization fee of 6.99 CAD for each customized Card. This is in addition to any other current Card fees associated with the Mydoh Smart Cash Card. The Card customization fee is charged at the time of order for each customized Card, and for any replacement customized Card. Customized Cards are optional. Standard Cards are provided at no cost.
