Why does my custom card design need to be approved?
To ensure all customized cards are free of copyright and inappropriate content, personalized designs will require approval. Primary parents will be notified by email and an in-app notification soon after placing their card order, letting them know if the design was approved.
Your custom card design will need to be approved if:
- You uploaded an image from your personal photo library
- You made changes to a Mydoh gallery image, such as by using the “Sticker” functionality to personalize the gallery image
- You will be notified by email and an in-app notification soon after to let you know if your design was approved.
Note that Mydoh gallery images are pre-approved and do not require any further approval if no changes are made to the image.
