Why don’t I see some of my RBC bank accounts when adding funds to my Wallet?

Great question! Parents can of course have a wide range of different accounts with RBC. If you would like to load funds to your Mydoh wallet, you can 100% do so using your RBC online banking credentials, so long as they consist of either a personal chequing account, or a personal credit card.

We completely understand how beneficial it would be to load funds via RBC from other types of accounts, such as a savings account. At this time, we don’t allow adding funds from a savings account, since there could be a fee that our users may be charged, depending on their account.
 
Note: You will not incur any fees if you decide to add funds using your RBC credit card or chequing account.
