Why was my Autoload not processed?

If you’re having issues processing your Autoload payments, our apologies for the inconvenience! Here are some reasons that your Autoload transaction may have been declined:

Insufficient funds: If the bank account that is linked to your debit card did not have sufficient funds when your Autoload transaction was processed, the transaction will be declined and funds will not be loaded to your Mydoh wallet.

Limits: Parents are able to have a balance of up to $5,000 in their Mydoh wallet. If an Autoload would cause this balance to be exceeded, it will not be processed.  There are also limits on the amount of funds that can be loaded – $500 per day and $1,500 per month.

Your debit card is no longer valid: Please contact your financial institution to confirm if your debit card is expired or invalid.
